Camping in January

January 12th, 2007 by Mitch Brisebois

democamp_ottawa_wiki.jpgThe third edition of Ottawa DemoCamp has been launched! It’s at the Clock Tower Pub on Monday January 29 – 7-9pm. There’s already one demo scheduled that I’m really looking forward to seeing: Nelson Ko will be demoing a WYSIWYG wiki. Cool!

To sign up as a demonstrator or demonstratee – just go here – and edit your name in! Best of all – it’s free.

    Mitch,
I’ve heard great things about democamp from friends who have attended in the past. This is a great initiative. Thanks for posting about it.

Peter Childs and friends have done a terific job oganizing these events. The DemoCamp is held downstairs at the Clock Tower pub – a intimate location – holds about 45 people… get there early!
