1. Know your fellow bloggers.
2. Be who you are.
3. Speak in the first person.
4. Use a disclaimer.
5. Respect copyright law.
6. Protect proprietary information.
7. Don’t comment on IBM’s business performance.
8. Be the first to respond to your own mistakes.
9. Add value.
10. Don’t pick fights.
11. Don’t forget your day job.
