Voice 2.0 Conference: 2007 edition
SM friend Ross McLeod has launched the 2007 edition of Voice 2.0 Beyond Telecom. Last year’s event was an awesome success. I was thrilled to have been one of the keynote speakers on the “new user experience” alonside master guru, Bill Buxton. This year’s themes promises that this is an event that shouldn’t be missed:
- The Power of Voice (the value of integrating telephony into web apps)
- The New Network (changing requirements and network services)
- Power Mashups (leading APIs and new Apps)
- The Changing IT Mandate
- Changing Models of Competition (Open Source, Open IPIs …)
- Workshops & Tutorials
- DEMOs & ‘Best of Conference’ award
As an added bonus, the conference goes “uptown” – moving from ScotiaBank Cave to the Congress Center and NAC in Ottawa (November 5-6, 2007).
