Reinventing the Pedestrian Crossing: a virtual hit & run

Industrial designer Hanyoung Lee may just have the solution to the problem of pesky kids with cell phones getting run down while crossing the street. This Virtual Wall proposes the use of lasers to creating a giant image of cherry-red pedestrians to better warn drivers. I’m not convinced. Fans of Grand Theft Auto would probably prefer to run down the virtual bipeds!
