Well it’s junk food to her… but does a new tech magazine dedicated to Green IT matter?
Information Week launched its Canadian version of Green IT this week. It features an article on rocker Neil Young’s effort to convert his 1959 Lincoln Continental to a hybrid; Telus promoting telework; and a few government policy updates. Does this warrant an entire printed on dead trees magazine??
Probably. My bet is the environmental aspect of IT has broad enough implications that it will benefit from a separate publication.
