I have a nortel vista 350.. had it for many years. and it has been on the wall. Now I want to put the cradle on it for a desk phone. I don’t have the manual and can’t figure out how to snap it on. Any ideas or a place I can have a look at the instructions for this. Thanks. Joye

My Vista 350 is working perfectly with the exception of volume the ring makes when a call comes in. I know there is a volumn control and the bottom but it only controls the volume in the receiver. What can I do to increase the rin volumn.

    Thank you
I look forward to your reply.

Hi Doug – a few people have mentioned this problem. I assume you have tried the volume bar when the receiver is on-hook – with no call active. This is what was designed as the ringer volume control. Otherwise… ??

Hi Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement power cord for the Vista 350?
The phone still works, just not the display. Thanks

    Hey Lisa,

If the speakerphone works fine, then the power adapter is ok. It’s more likely the display failing. Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do.
