There’s no help for items 1 to 4, but Belkin International takes on number 5. With the aptly named Switch-to-Mac, the cable and software let’s you move your stuff and some of your configurations from PC to Mac. For example, your IE prefs are applied to Safari; My Pictures go to iPhoto; My Crappy Songs go to Find Better Songs on iTunes… you get the idea… all for just $49.

For an extra 20 bucks, Belkin will try to find you some new friends.
