Rick Segal is right: Many people said they’d never buy shoes online. Zappos is challenging that belief. Why? They’re not a store - they’re a service company! Good e-com policies and design. Also the REAL retail world has changed… there’s no “Bundy” shoe salesman at the mall anymore… You’re on your own!
